Hi I retuned my tvs today as requested and I have lost 11 12 15 18 19 20 21 22 and more,also the bbc channels have lost a lot of their strenth I was getting these before the requested retune today, now none of them, any idea why PLEASE I live in Chelmsford CM2 7BN

I live in Felixstowe IP11. There is no signal at all on multiplex channel 63 on any of my digital receivers. I have a high gain wideband aerial and I receive all other channels perfectly. What's going on??? (IP11 Th)

P Smith: If you can't find the manual to clear the channels you do it this way - My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .

Hi All,
I am living in Thorrington, just outside Colchester and I too have lost C63, there is zero signal on it!
Like the previous post, has anyone actually got these channels working and where are you?

Hi everybody
IP5 just east of Ipswich. Only just receiving Channel 63. No surprise taking into account the low power transmission and the 810 MHz frequency. Signal strength is about 5 or 6 and quality about 2. As such, I fully expect future reception & recording problems.

Some people are suggesting that they have moved ArqB to the Sudbury B mast. If this turns out to be true I know I have no chance of reception in my location.
