I used to be able to get all the programs on when the mux was ArqB. Now that the mux has changed to BBCA I cannot get any of them.

What can be done to rectify this?

David Smith: According to UK at is still COM6/ArqB, it has not changed to PSB1/BBCA. The only changes that have taken place at Sutton Coldfield are that COM7 & COM8 have moved to / and the local mux is now on & (two frequencies needed to cover different ). There are no further changes planned for Sutton Coldfield. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?

Your above details are still incorrect with regard to the local MUX and COM 7/8 you are still showing 51 33, & 35. These were changed two months ago, and no problems with at all.
Please correct the info, but please do NOT send the above if incorrect, it's rather pointless

Martin Fowkes: PBS America is broadcast on the COM8 which is found on UHF channel 56 from (this mux changed earlier this year so you may need to retune if you haven't recently).
