I can't find any reports from The BBC or Freeview about low power, is it still the same?
Due to the current situation reporting of issues may take time to update.

Aerial in loft.
Most of the time channels: 11, 16, 20, 21, 30, 31, 32 & 81 = no signal or broken picture.
Prior to August 2020 reception of the above channels was mostly very good & has been good for many years. Has your transmitter changed?

It's not our transmitter, this is an independent Help site. However we can offer advice and information.
The various channels you've listed are on the COM multiplexes - SDN, ArqA, ArqB. For a list of which channels are on which multiplex see Channel listings | Freeview
Whilst the transmitter isn't currently listed for Planned Engineering, that doesn't mean there isn't any - the Freeview list may be in error. Normally you should receive all multiplexes with excellent reception at your location.
The UHF channels for the Wrekin are C23, C26, C30, C41, C44, C47 in the order PSBs1-3, COMs4-6 check in your tuning section that your are tuned to those channels.

As per the post previous to you, the transmitter isn't currently listed for Planned Engineering and I can't find any reports of current transmitter faults. However, if the problems have only recently recurred, there is some "Tropospheric Ducting" around causing interference, see Effect of tropospheric ducting on Freeview | RTIS for a simplistic explanation. It's currently affecting the west of GB and It can be quite variable, come and go within seconds, minutes or hours. At times it can wipe out your reception.
You are not advised to retune when you have lost signals or they are badly pixellated as this usually just clears correct tuning and you have to repeat a retune when signals are stable.

I've been reading the previous comments and I've suffered a similar problem. I retuned my Freeview PVR to get Sky Arts on channel 11, and since then I've lost all the channel 47 ones - 25 Yesterday, 32 Sony Movies, 39 CBS Justice, 42 HGTV, 67 CBS Drama, 79 Dave ja vu, 81 Talking Pictures etc. I wonder if the channel 47 transmission power has been reduced...
I'm going to try fitting a signal amplifier.

Colin Richards:
If you read the post immediately before yours, then fitting a signal amplifier may be of no help whatsoever, in fact depending on your predicted reception (a full postcode is needed to look at that) you may end up up with too much signal which could give you a host of other problems.
IF this was due to the unusual weather conditions then all you need to do is retune again.
You could try a manual tune for UHF C47 (there has been no reduction in power).
If manual tuning isn't possible , try the following -
Unplug the aerial and do a full automatic retune, this should clear all previous tuning as nothing will be found.
This doesn't work on some devices and you'll have to do a reset, see you manual. You may need to reschedule any recordings.
Plug the aerial back in a repeat the automatic retune.

Roger Davies:
According to the Freeview Coverage checker there is a "Live issue" which could be affecting reception. The BBC Transmitter checker says the transmitter currently has reported faults although the only detail it provides is for the 10th October. Whilst the transmitter isn't currently listed for "Planned Engineering" it appears there may well still be an ongoing fault if you are still having reception problems.
You need to provide a full postcode to readily get the most accurate up-to-date information.
