Thanks jb38, just seen your answer, I may have accidentally cross posted.
So, is there somewhere online that lists the exact frequencies that CP will be transmitting on (including the offsets if appropriate) post DSO?

lisa: If you paste in the link below it will give you the info you require plus what type of reception to expect from not only Crystal palace but Sudbury.
Also, if you hover over a channel number with the mouse pointer it will give the power of the transmitter on that particular channel.
