We need a full post code to be able to see what the reception is like at your location. We will also be able to tell whether there are any 4G transmissions that could affect your reception.

Very poor reception and have lost a number of Freeview channels in the last couple of weeks which used to be available. Yesterday even lost BBC 1 though it was available as HD? Have re-tuned a number of times including re-set to factory and have not recovered lost channels. Constant pixelisation occurs.

I was complaining to Freeview regarding the reception on channels 20 and 21. I had excellent service from |Sarah who tried to determine the problem - saying BAD reception - on both. In the end I had to call in a TV / aerial engineer who on his invoice says
'To check signal and prove to old C aerial no longer able to receive lower frequencies due to recent changes in signal from Malvern Transmitter . To replace aerial 120'

Firstly, do NOT give your address on public web pages such as this. Secondly, this website if independent of all broadcasters and has no responsibility for any changes to the TV transmissions. If you are asking for a reimbursement of the 120 paid to replace your aerial then you need to talk to Freeview directly.

It is a simple question. Has the Malvern Transmitter reduced the number of frequencies such that the signal and quality of the signal - as it states BAD SIGNAL on my TV screen re CHANNELS 20 AND 21 ?
And please allow me to speak to a human being rather than an automated message. My telephone number is 01905 641071 or can I telephone you?

Dag Smith: The Malvern transmitter has not reduced the number of available channels, nor has it reduced the power level of any transmissions. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Do not attempt to retune. Posting your phone number online is not recommended and makes it more likely that you will receive unwanted telesales and other nuisance calls. This unofficial website does not have a telephone support line and no contributors from here are going to call you.

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else is having problems after the June 28th 2019 re tune? I am on the Malvern Transmitter.
I am having problems obtaining Ch 48 True Entertainment, and its the same on all my devices so I don't think its a receiver issue. When it was on Ch 61 it was great, then we were asked to re tune, and that's when the problem started. Strangely if you go right to the end of the listed channels you can found it at 790 but it says "please re tune to get True entertainment. Can anyone tell me whats going on please? BTW the frustration is I can get 47 and 49 but no matter how many time I re scan Ch 48 just doesn't appear. All other channels appear to be OK.
BTW, I think this site is out of date as it still shows True Entertainment as Ch61.
