things are back to normal, guess it must have been the atmosphere!!!!!!!!!!!!
Msg appearing on Pick indicates that there is a need to retune to ch34 but when I try this I get nothing!!
Has it moved or not?

Bruce Tearle:
Yes it was "atmospherics" there's been a lot of "Tropospheric Ducting" around causing interference, see Effect of tropospheric ducting on Freeview | RTIS for a simplistic explanation. It may continue on and off for a day or two more.
Pick moved to LCN34 and Sky Arts has been put at LCN11, you may need to manually retune the ArqA/COM5 multiplex if you aren't seeing the change, UHF C33 at Mendip.
Neil Chilton:
Weather related issues, see comment above.
Also note that predicted reception at your location for COMs 4-6 is variable from Mendip.

All:
Just to add to the above, Mendip is currently listed for Planned Engineering with "Possible weak signal" !

All:
I'm not getting any signal from the Local multiplex (C30) at present. Whether or not this is down to the Planned Engineering is not confirmed.
Earlier Bristol TV was not broadcasting Bristol Live but Yorkshire Live. The other morning it was North Wales LIve, so it suggests there are some major issues at present!

The Local multiplex signal is coming and going, whether this is "tropo" at my location is as yet unconfined. However, why I have signal Bristol TV is now broadcasting North Wales live (not the listed Judge Judy). It's been suggested that they may have had some servers crash!!

Tropospheric Ducting confirmed here, so not everyone will be having the signal issues.
However whilst North Wales Live is far more interesting than endless repeats of Judge Judy, uklocal.tv really need to sort out their servers or their listings for Bristol TV!!

Just looking for help & suggestions!!!!!!!
Can no longer get any BBC channels on my TV. All others tried [ITV, Channels 4&5, UKTV, etc.] are coming through fine. My set-top box is a HUMAX; I have tried a factory reset on this without any success. Any & all suggestions gratefully received?
Regards
Bruce

Well, as you know you shouldn't have any problems with all the main muxes from Mendip. When was he last time you tried a retune, can you do a manual one for C32?
Looking in the tuning section, what are the signal strengths and quality showing for other multiplexes?
This might indicate an issue with the received signals being fed to the box.
Has the box recently had a firmware update? There might be some sort of issue there, but that would surprise me if you are getting the other muxes ok.
