Thanks Mick... full postcode NG123NX and yes I belive there is some Terrain Sheilding. Im only going by readings from my TV's and PVR but the strength has never been great before or after swichover. Virtually the whole street is pointing towards the .

Could I get from this location...and which External would you recommend?

I am still getting problems on 51 and 52 (sky news and itv2 + 1).
This is extremely disappointing given I had no problems before the recent change.
My parents also have the same problem and they are much nearer the so it seems to be a universal problem. The other channels are fine, but I get pixels occasionally on 51 and 52.

As I had no problems before I find the situation unacceptable.
How do I make an official complaint?

brendan C: complain to i had problems with i gave my box away and bought a hd system no problems now you get far more but if you want sky news you have to press non freesat button you even get movie channels on freesat god knows how the elderly cope with freeview now they want us to buy radios when theres nothing wrong with f m radio another big con
