Today 2 out of 3 Digital TV's switch to Text menu page with invitation to blue button cance, which does not! This is after about 20 - 30 seconds of normal picture on ALL BBC channels. ITV CH4 & 5 etc are normal. Full Freeview retune did not alter problem. Problem started sometime this afternoon - BBC Breakfast TV OK.
Signal reporting as excellent, frequent picture dropouts on these TV's, mostly on BBC

Chris H: "If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere."

Do you have a roof mounted aerial, as loft/indoor aerials don't work well with Freeview? Also, how old is your aerial? If it is more than a few years old, it may be a group "A" aerial which is the wrong design for Sandy Heath digital TV services. If you can hang on until the 13th April and try to retune then, you should get the BBC channels if my asumption about your aerial type is correct. If I am correct, and going foward from 13th April, you will need to change your aerial for a wideband type to receive all of the other Freeview channels.
Hope this helps,
Adam

alan carson- You may receive signals from a relay(Dallington Park). Do you currently only receive analogue channels 1-4? If so, you will receive MUX 1 and 2 from DSO and no digital signals until then.

LutonFan makes a good point there. If your aerial points West, you are using the Dallington Park relay transmitter, in which case from the 13th April you will get a "Freeview Lite" service, that is to say you will get the main ITV and BBC channels, Channel4, Channel5 etc, but not all other digital channels. If it is Dallington Park you are receiving, no aerial change will be required. If your aerial points East, then it is Sandy Heath you are using, and again from 13th April you will get ITV, BBC, Channel4, Channel5 stations without an aerial change. If you find that you do not also get other Freeview channels (i.e. Yesterday, ITV4+1) from Sandy Heath, then you will need to upgrade to a wideband aerial to receive the full Freeview service.
Dallington Park will only ever carry the main channels.
Hope this helps,
Adam.

I am guessing that the football team you support is Luton Town, although your location is given as Northampton. Why do you not support Northampton Town? Is it beacuse they are cobblers?
Just a thought!
Cheers,
Adam.
