Duncan: According to a field strength chart, Sutton Coldfield is indicated as the station covering the CV21 area, its BBC1 Mux being C43/ ITV1 being C46. The two channels mentioned i.e: Mux27 & Mux24 corresponding to Sandy Heaths BBC1 & ITV1.
By the way, Sutton Coldfield is located @ 28 miles on an "approximate" (full post code required) bearing of 305 degrees, Sandy being @ 47 miles on an (approx) bearing of 109 degrees, use this info to check the direction that your aerial is facing towards.

Postcode CV21 is definitely outside the Sandy Heath coverage. Doesn't mean you won't be able to receive it if you're on a high spot but Sutton Coldfield should be better for you.

Duncan: There are some patches in CV21 also not covered by Sutton Coldfield that are covered by Waltham. Go here: Full service Freeview transmitters and click on the transmitter and have a closer look where you live or reply with a postcode. Also which way are your nearest neighbours aerials pointing?
