KT: You should report the problem either via the BBC reporting tool (see Broadcaster complaints details | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice ) or via the local council.
However, you may find the simply replacing your aerial leads with higher quality cables will fix the problem.

jordan: I would think you should move your aerial to the roof. You can already receive a perfect Freeview service from Sutton Coldfield or The Wrekin, and will by the end of switchover get all services from Bromsgrove and Lark Stoke.

briantist it say i live in cannock but i actually live in wombourne and there is a big hill beetween me and sutton coldfield so will i recieve it then now and after switchover
