HuwD:
As already mentioned, it's an error. The site owner hasn't been able to find time to do many updates from the 700MHz Clearance program or correct errors like this.
For further information see my post on post Monday, 28 December 2020 on p310.

Sony Bravia TV will not display the data channels 252 Kiss Chat & Date, 253 Proud Dating, 261 Racing TV, 263 SonLife, 264 VisionTV, 265 On Demand 365, on C25 (506.0MHz). The Guide for these channels is populated and I have followed all the instructions from Sony (System Reset, change router, tried WIFI,) Other TV's in the house display these channels. Now Sony are saying I have to contact these providers as they may not be compatible with Sony TV. TV signal 100% Internet is high speed Fibre. So what does Sony mean? Surely their TV should show these data channels but they just remain blank. Any help greatly appreciated

How old is the Bravia? When did you find this problem started, not 1st January this year by any chance? If it did start then, Sony are giving you the run-around, it's possibly related to a firmware issue.
Frankly to tell you that the providers' channels are not compatible, sounds like bull for Sony's TVs aren't compatible.
BUT having said that, I'm not getting SonLife on 263 on an LG TV. They seem to be still listed in the "official" Freeview Channels list (and still giving EPG data), but no longer seem to have an OFCOM Licence for DTV.

Chris.SE: I purchased the Bravia 5th January this year. I did not check the data channels until recently. I have contacted all of the channel providers in question. Only 1 has responded which is Channelbox who state they are doing a big upgrade at the end of the month which should solve the issue (so they say). I am still confused why Samsungs TV;s work but Sony Bravia does not. I think I will contact Freeview on the phone and also seek OFCOM's advice

I can't access your full post atm due to a system error, but if what I can see in "Your comments" listing is your whole post then I'll base my comments on that.
Firstly, Forces TV - LCN96 is carried on the COM7 multiplex, not everyone can receive COM7 for a variety of reasons, but you should also be missing other channels on the COM7 HD multiplex if that's the case. See Channel listings for Industry Professionals | Freeview for the list of which channels are on which multiplex.
Are you missing channels like BBC News HD (107), BBC Four HD (106) for example?
Secondly, Crystal Palace is currently listed for Planned Engineering with the effect of "Screen may go black on some or all channels" which is essentially a service interruption
If you can normally receive COM7 then do NOT retune as this normally just clears correct tuning if there is no or badly pixellated signal..
If you do not know if you can normally receive the COM7 HD multiplex, we can't offer any reception advice/comment without your full postcode to check predicted reception.
If you normally get it and If you did retune and are not getting any COM7 channels now (but are receiving the other multiplexes OK) then in your TV tuning section try a manual tune for UHF C55 for COM7. You may have to try several times if engineering is affecting the signal. We don't know when this may be happening as Arqiva don't publish that detail!
