With the trailer propped against the wall, was there a chance that it was leaning on the cable?
In any event, the fact that you have 100% signal & (importantly) 100% Quality on the lounge TV suggests the possibility of some amplification. Does the splitter in the lounge have a mains supply?
The loss of signal to the bedroom TV down to 30% certainly suggests a problem with the cable going up or the splitter. Try swapping the outputs on the lounge splitter and see what happens to the Signal and Quality figures in the Lounge and Bedroom.

Chris.SE: The lead in the carport was about one foot infront of the trailer so no damage I checked the lead.I still have to change over the leads suggested by you.I forgot to mention when we first lost channel 8,,233, in bedroom and kitchen.I tried a retune no channels. Then one night about 2am I got up for a glass of milk.I thought I would just try a retune .Perfect all channels later the next day no 8 or 233.
After that we fitted the filters that are amps.Still no channels. My wife contacted Freeveiw they informed Channel 8 is on channel 35.(load of rubbish) .They then informed work is being carried out on the transmitter and I have to wait until work is completed.?? They did not have a clue.
Thank you

I agree that the Freeview helpline don't have much of a clue when it comes to technical stuff!!
The Local multiplex that carries London Live is on UHF channel C35. You could try a manual retune of C35 but whilst engineering work is going on, we don't know how it's affecting the signal for that multiplex.
LCN233, if you mean Sky News, that is on the ArqA/COM5 multiplex which is on UHF C22. Again we don't know how that signal is affected by the engineering work.
Here is what is usually an up-to-date list of which TV channels are carried on which multiplex -

You now mentioned that the splitters have amplifiers. What make/model are they?
All filters should be fitted on the input to an amplifier.
