Hello,
We live in Herstmonceux. BN27 4TT. Film 4 is really bad and drops out. We are using the Hastings transmitter at the moment should we swap to Heathfield? The ariel is in the roof and is boosted.

sara: If your aerial is in the loft space, you would get a better signal by moving to the roof.

You are not predicted to get great Freeview reception from anywhere until 2012, and you will get a much worse signal from Heathfield today.

I would suggest you add Freesat to your system.

I'm in the Hampden Park area BN22 and have been watching the bowls on the Welsh BBC channel, I'm also getting parliament and a childrens program, as said before, the aerial is a very old (30+ years) high gain used in the past to get BBC2 from Dover, it is now used for analogue reception from Heathfield, I tuned the Freeview channels on a Samsung and got four TV programs and about 17 radio programs. They arn't on all the time especialy at weekends. The question is, are they test transmissions from Heathfield if so the signal is quite good!
Your comments much apreciated.
