SO much for this changeover to be problem free. The only I can actually receive are .... bbc1, bbc2, itv3 pick tv, dave, QVC, bidtv, daveja vu,e4+1 (no E4 tho just the +1) and that is it. The mainstream, most watched channels I cannot receive. All I keep getting told is to NOT re-tune as I may lose the actual programmes I have at the moment nd that the is having problems and that it will be back 'as soon as possible'. Great, only thing is I have been advised not to re-tune my telly so how will I know that it is working!!!?? All this, and its not due to till the 25th!! Can anyone please tell me what is going on!!??? PLEASE?
Oh. I use an indoor aerial - which I have never had any problems with, EVER.

Kath: Reliable requires a rooftop , if you don't have one you will not receive a stable service.

You should have retuned on Wednesday 1st June 2011 and again on 15th June 2011.

You must do a "first time installation" or a "factory reset" on each date.

I am on the . In the last few hours I have lost all apart from the BBC channels listed for MUX PSB1 BBCA.

I have retuned but nothing other than BBC channels.

Any ideas?
