you may have your Arq 1 Arq2 frequencies wrong, I have 730MHz 786MHz not 786MHz 762.2MHz

Shaun: My apologies, I had miscoded this as a type 6 switchover and it's a type 7.
Thanks for pointing out my oversight.

Peter: You can't get Freeview HD channels without a Freeview HD (DVB-T2) receiver. Please see What does "Full HD Ready" actually mean? | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .

Thanks Brian, tried a full factory reset but it seems to have made things worse. Now all channels are popping and pixelating. Signal strength is 10 but quality poor. I have tried a variable attenuator but doesn't seem to make a great deal of difference.

Lawrence: These channels you have mentioned are on full 150Kw power, so purely for a test try carrying out a re-scan without the aerial connected for purposes of blanking out anything stored in the memory, then once done reconnect the aerial and do a manual tune on Mux Ch25 (Ch4/5/ITV2 etc) storing the results to enable you to make checks on picture quality etc, giving an update on results once done.

Simon Disconnect the aerial and mains plug. Re-connect mains plug leaving the aerial disconnected. Now do a factory reset which should clear the receivers channel memory. re-establish the aerial feed and do an initial set up from scratch this should bring in all available channels. If this doesn't resolve then check with neighbours for their reception. If their is a collective problem still existing you may need to consult with the factor (if your rented) or if owned with the responsible property upkeep agent(s).
