Pedro B, Brian G: Have they *ever* worked? If so, go to BBC - Help receiving TV and radio , enter your postcode under 'Diagnose your problem' and follow the wizard. If you keep saying 'no' to 'Does this answer your question?' you eventually get to a web form where you can report it.

If they have never worked, please see What does "Full HD Ready" actually mean? | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice to check whether you have compatible equipment.

2nd retune has got them back. These constant retunes are a REAL annoyance - where can I complain about this incessant fiddling?

Hi Mike,

They have been working perfectly ever since the switchover until earlier today (and the signal level is not marginal).

I still have intermittent problems with HD channels on Malvern Transmitter. I have tried all recommended procedures.

My Fox T2 says that on channel 60 Signal Strength 54%, Quality 100%, when I have excellent pictures, no signal when I have no reception.

That looks to me like an intermittent transmitter problem on that channel. All SD channels are working perfectly.

Steve Herbert: MPEG4 is not good enough, you need a DVB-T2 receiver. See What does "Full HD Ready" actually mean? | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .

I am experiencing intermittent loss of all HD channels ie channel 60. I ham getting a very good signal but zero signal quality. All the rest of the channels are fine. I have tried re-tuning but I am not recieving any quality at all on channel 60. It was working fine up to a day or so ago. I have a new aerial on the roof and only live in Worcester so signal strength is fine. Is there something wrong with the transmitter?

I've also lost all the HD channels at Malvern on both media center and my TV so suspect some issue with the transmitter ?
