My HD channels are breaking up today. (They have been all right up till now - although last night there was an occasional breakup but only for a second if that.
Checked other Freeview channels (non HD) and they seem to be okay.
Are there any problems at the transmitter ahead of switchover ?

Hi, I hope someone can help. I purchased a Samsung UE32D5520 with Freeview HD at the weekend. My postcode is KT10 0JY and I have quite a big aerial in my loft (installed in 2008) which faces East.
I've been able to get all the Freeview channels but none of the Freeview HD Channels. I tried a manual tune on C31 (554.0MHz) but am getting no signal on this specific channel.
I'm also only getting 576i on all the other channels, I'm not sure if that's normal?
Thanks in advance.

Pete: Before switchover, the HD multiplex from Crystal Palace is not as powerful as the standard definition services.
HD services are not part of the standard offering before switchover. Crystal Palace was one of only five transmitters nationwide to be selected to carry HD before switchover. It was essentially shoehorned in on the best channel available which is used by Sandy Heath and Reigate which will have resulted in restrictions on how powerful it can be. Perhaps being a loft aerial it's not quite good enough to pick up the lower power HD services.
I wouldn't go replacing the aerial or doing anything costly as not only is it not guaranteed to work, but the current setup will probably work come 18th April.

I live in Crawley RH10 7 BD and believe I am receiving digital signals from Crystal Palace, however over the last few days I keep loosing BBC stations and today the ITV and similar stations.
Any ideas why, even when I retune although they appear to be picked up there is no signal strength?
