I'm getting very poor reception from Hannington this evening (some problems earlier in the week also) but this evening it's very poor - is this just atmospheric issues or is there a problem with the transmitter?

Is there any direct way of contacting those responsible for maintaining the Hannington transmitter?
It's getting beyond a joke now that the signal keeps dropping and the problems are ignored and none of the complaints answered

Also having problems here in Dibden and have been most of the week. Thursday was the only evening that I was able to watch TV and now Friday evening I have no signal on any channel at all. This is not my equipment as at least 3 of my neighbours are having the same problem. Your advice 'Jamie' is poor and the service is very poor, especially when it is not even acknowledged that their is a problem with the transmitter.

I agree with Sue.
We have the same problems here in Medstead.
No HDTV signal at all.
Non-HD signal pixelated.
Has been like this on and off all week.
Clearing channels and re-tuning (numerous times) has been a waste of time.
What is being done to resolve this?

Sonia: Wehave been having reception problems all week. Aerial fix came out to check the signal which, at the time, was ok but explained that the problem is possibly 4g testing in the area. If this is the problem then how do we get a filter to block the 4g and will switching to frees at help?

Get in contact with these people and complain
at800 | 4G & Freeview | 4G Interference | 4G Filters | at 800 MHz
For those in the SO postcode areas there is a 4G transmitter in Southampton of which coverage is close to my home. They list our area as not affected but I think they have to provide a filter if there is any possibility of interference

Hedge end (SO30) resident here - our TV reports both signal strength and quality, and yesterday evening it hovered around 0 signal quality, but the same signal strength, and we had no service.
Exactly the same behaviour as when we had interference on our end a year ago due to an unshielded fly lead and HDMI cable, but with those issues ruled out, I believe it was external interference this time.
This morning - all back to normal hovering around 100% signal quality!
Suspect there was something going on, wonder if it could be 4G testing overnight...

And it continues into the w/e - no signal in Liphook. Something has definitely changed since midweek - and please don't tell me this is high pressure related - we've had high pressure points at other times of the year with no issus. If Hannington are reporting no issues someone needs to start joining the dots and looking at the 4G links - which rather coincidentally started testing this week too. Anyhow I'm no expert but when enough people start experiencing a problem someone needs to look at it. I'm assuming this is the correct site to ask for this.

Have been having poor signals and reception for the past week on digital and freeview. Friday 27th was extremely bad with most channels gone completely for most of the day.Had an aerial engineer check my system and no fault was found he suspects it to be the transmitter. Our post code is SO30 3JQ. There are many in our area with the same problem so please advise what you are doing about it.
