Charles Stuart: I also experienced that very same problem, but I managed to get over it by clicking on "terrain plot" seen in the middle of the three choices (mapping - terrain plot - full details) this then allowing the newly entered post code to appear.

jb38, Thanks for your help. It's now working and yesterday's fault on the mapping option seems to have been corrected.

Charles Stuart: Yes! all would certainly seem to be OK now, as I clicked on "digitaluk trade" coverage checker (via your posting) and see that your area is now indicated as being served by the Mendip transmitter rather than Calne.
Thanks for the update / pleased to have been of assistance!!

Calne
We have no freeview or BT vision signal in Calne today. North Calne and South Calne both affected. SN11 0BG and SN11 9DE. When will the problem be fixed?

Despite 100% lack of communication from ukfreetv, the signal appears to have returned.

Pete Green: I can only agree. This site is totally unoffical, and nobody is under any obligation to reply. Secondly, if you'd looked at the thread for the Calne transmitter, you would have seen that other people were also having problems, apparently due to an power cut to the light transmitter.

I note that the BBC Red Button service is now being transmitted on BBC1 HD and I would guess on the other BBC HD services using PSB3. I haven't yet noticed whether it's on the services using COM7. There is also this thing that I think they're calling Red Button Connected. Does anyone have further information?

Mike, my YouView box is from Talktalk but I'd guess it offers the same as BT. It is connected to the Internet.
