Mr Wilson:
Please give a full post code so that we can examine what the reception conditions are like at your location. Secondly, please give the signal strength readings, the quality does not help at this stage.
Note that there is no reported problem at the transmitter.

Talking Pictures is no longer on Ch 33(570Mhz) on the Mendip Xmitter. The company website says it's changed frequency to increase coverage, but does anybody know the channel group it has moved to?

StevensOnln1: Thanks! I have moved all the channels to the order that's logical to me, with all the shopping and religious channels now in the 300+ range, so a complete retune takes a long while to set up again. Retuning one channel saved loads of hassle.

Tim Jeanes: You should be able to get good reception of all the HD channels from either Mendip or Wenvoe at your location. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? What signal strength and quality readings do you get for the SD and HD channels?

Tim Jeanes: Is this a recent change to your reception conditions? To confirm, are you having problems with ALL HD channels or is it just BBC1/ITV/Ch4 etc HD channels (all on BBC Mux B) or is it just BBC4/BBC News HD/QVC HD etc (all on COM7 & 8 muxes).
It may be worth checking that a "retune" has tuned to the correct UHF channels for the Mendip muxes - C58 for BBC B, C33 & C35 for the COM7 & 8 muxes.
The other consideration is the possibility that the recent high winds have moved/damaged your aerial or coax cable/connections to the aerial.
