Please note the local (LOX) transmits on 22 (482MHZ) and not Channel 46 as listed.

Sorry, incorrect. The transmits the LTVMux (L-OFD) on BOTH . It has two petals, signals beamed in different directions.
is beamed to the East, and to the SW and NW.
Unfortunately the site owner does not seem to have had the time to update the information here.
It was last mentioned a couple of years ago Oxford (Oxfordshire, England) Full Freeview transmitter | free and easy for 22 years
Unlike most main transmitters with a LTVMux that only have one channel, usually beamed in a particular direction, there's also with two, with three although those do cover different news areas, Manchester, Liverpool and . I can't recall where any other are atm.

Indeed it does, L-RDG & L-BSG respectively. Unfortunately the page here doesn't show them. I think they were originally used for COMs 8 & 7 before B700 clearance.
