Sewme: Sewing Quarter is broadcast from Darvel on the COM6 multiplex, but is only a part time channel operating from 8am to 12 noon. If you can already received 4Music on channel 18 then retune and Sewing Quarter should be added on 78.

Sewme: Are you still receiving ITV3 on channel 10 and Pick on 11? COM6 is the multiplex (group of channels) which Sewing Quarter and 4Music are part of. Does your TV have a manual tuning function in the menu? If it does, select UHF C29 but don't press OK/Scan yet and you should see signal strength and quality information for COM6 from Darvel. If strength and quality are both good (60% or higher) you should be able to store those chanels.

Still can't get ch78. Tv (which is new) won't store channels and I once had ch 10, 18 and 78 but next day all were gone and tv said no data? So, retuned and all channels started at 800, there were 10 in total. When I looked at tv info it said signal was central Scotland but this changed next day and signal strength is always less than 10! Any help appreciated as to is about to go out the window!

Sewme:
To offer any meaningful advice we need to check what the reception conditions are at your location, so please give a full post code so we can check.
From what you say, I would suspect that you have either too little signal or too much - but can't tell without the post code. It would also help if you give the signal strengths of channels that do work.

Euan Ferguson: There are no plans to add any further multiplexes to any transmitters. The commercial broadcasters were given the opportunity to add their channels to additional transmitters when digital switchover completed back in 2012 but declined to do so, probably because they didn't think the additional costs involved would bring a worthwhile return on investment.
