Jacqueline: Only BBC and HD channels available over in Bernera so you are are not alone. All was well yesterday so I suspect the storm is the culprit. We have line of site to the transmitter and the signal strength is usually 100%. This is the case here at the moment for BBC channels with all others at zero.

Alan Ross: Your postcode is already predicted to receive good coverage from the Ness of Lewis transmitter and almost as good for the PSB muxes from Eitshal. There are no plans to increase power on any transmitters and why would there be any reason to when all transmitters have been at their full power levels since digital switchover was completed over 4 years ago?
