Mr Keith Russ: You need a Freeview box or TV receiver which is able to support DVB-T2 signals in order to view the Freeview HD channels. If your TV is "HD ready" it has to be connected to a suitable HD source in order to display HD pictures.

Don't forget to retune after switchover as the digital channels in most cases revert back to the old analogue ones.

Hi ,
Can u tell me why i get only the BBC radio 1,2,3,4 etc on Dab and no commercial stations like Clyde and West FM.
It was only a couple of months ago my mate let me know that u could pick up Dab 90% signal wise . No one lets u know in the "wee toons".
We also just got Freeview last month although hardly any channels. Do u know if or when more will be added as it's Sky tv that has a monopoly in this town.Costs a fortune!! I came from Killie with everything on your doorstep lol.
Cheers

Joe Tonner: Your Freeview transmitter, Largs, only provies the "public service" multiplexes. See Where are the public service (Freeview Light) transmitters? | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice . If you want more TV channels, I would suggest Freesat - see Compare Freeview Light and Freesat TV | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .

Oddly, the ukdigitalradio: Coverage says you should ONLY get the national commercial stations on DAB. You do not have coverage on DAB for local radio.

Joe Tonner: Perhaps you need to use a rooftop DAB aerial?
