My LG TV was fine until a few weeks ago, when it seemed we can not longer get the HD channels. All the rest are fine, but HD channels all come up as "no signal". Has something changed in transmission. Is there anything I can do about it?
Any help appreciated.
Many thanks

Ralph Manning: Its not really possible for anyone to be able to assist on this unless you provide your location, this preferably in the form of a post code or one from nearby such as a shop / post office, as only then can the details of the transmitters covering your area be accessed.

Ralph Manning: The frequency of PSB3, the HD multiplex, from Tacolneston was changed to C50 on Ist May 2013. Try a manual tune on C50, ensuring that you enter DVB-T2 if prompted to make such a choice. As a matter of interest did you receive Film4 and ITV4 prior to May? - as these two services were carried on C50 until the frequency for ArqB changed to C39 on 1st May in order to free up C50 for the HD channels.

KMJ,Derby: Many thanks. That update must have passed without warning. All fine now. Incidentally, I was able to see FIm4 and ITV4 before May.
Thanks again.

8th July 2013 signals keep going, re-tuned and ended up with German/Dutch TV channels. Freeview most channels poor particularly 10, 24, 15, 31 etc, signal strength 1-3 out of max 10. Please can you advise what issue is? My neighbour has same issue so not an equipment problem.

Stewart: The tropospheric ducting forecast shows that for the next 24 hours reception of out of area transmissions from the continent is likely. Conditions should return to normal from Tuesday evening (9th July 2013) and into Wednesday, but high pressure is currently expected to return on Thursday morning, with local (Anglia region) reception then possibly being affected by signals from both across the North sea and from the Midlands/SE England.

Poor or no signal in North Norfolk. Been having problems for past 24hrs, now no signal whatsoever. Any reason for this?

I'm having similar probs in North Walsham, Norfolk. Yesterday evening it was terrible and this morning it's even worse! I've retuned but to no avail. Thinking of moving to another subscriber.

Not a great service is it. Isn't the first time there's been issues either.
Makes me wonder why I bother paying my TV license.

I'm in North Walsham too and ever since the retune in May. I've had persistent problems, especially with HD channels.
Does anyone know of any particular reason why this us happening?
