We have experienced deteriorating on both and signals since around 15th May to the point where we now have virtually . We have a rooftop directed to the . Is there a problem with the transmitter or is it likely to be with our aerial - perhaps due to the winds we've been having, although there's no obvious sign of movement.

We live in derbyshire and presume we are under the coalfield . We have have just changed from to and we updated our and to receive this service. The aerial we have used is a High digital aerial and is situated on the side of our house. The is not great on some of the . Do we need a or a de booster to gain better .

Hi, bought a stream box for my parents a couple of weeks ago, checked it at my house first, and received all freeview no problem. Bought one for ourselves and can't get anything on MUXD at the moment despite several retunes (though does pick up Create & Craft which is supposed to be on MUXD - nothing else though) - anyone know of any issues?

Hi, moved into new house in February and got installer to new aerial and 6 access points in house. Since February have struggled to get decent itv 1 and related stations on that bandwidth. Also, other stations have intermittent problems. Aerial is in , do I need to put it on the or is bad signal due to changes due to . Also should I wait till September as I know signal will be increased. thanks K
