That error is known by the operator of this website. For the most up to date information please fo tyo the Digital UK Coverage Checker at http://www.digitaluk.co.u…er/, put in your post code and house number, select the Detailed View and then press Go. In the resulting page scroll down to see the entry for your transmitter. That will tell you the current channel usage as well as the planned future usage.

Thanks MikeP. I don't suppose you have any more insight into the other half of my query re future channel shuffling and DVB-T2 switchover?

John Robinson: There has been no announcement of a switchover to DVB-T2. This was proposed by the government in 2011, however Ofcom's current stance is that it is up to the broadcasters and multiplex operators to decide when they wish to switch to DVB-T2 (Arqiva have previously suggested that they would consider switching one multiplex in 2022 and the other later). There has been no announcement of what will happen to BBC Four HD or any of the channels currently carried on COM7 or COM8 (nor is there any firm date for the closure of these muxes).

Hi, these past few days Craigkelly has been acting up for us in EH3. For years now it has had close to 100% signal strength and quality with never any interference. We've noticed this week some time after 8PM that suddenly we get NO SIGNAL, and it shows below 40% strength with 0% quality. A few minutes or an hour later, it returns. Any clues? Is anyone else having trouble with this transmitter?

There is no reported problem at the transmitter and if there was a great many people would all be comoplaining. I suggest you may have a problem with your aerial system, so check all the cables and connections. Unplug all coaxial plugs and sockets and the refit them as that will clear any oxidation from the copntact surfaces (which is a well known cause of such problems as you repoirt).

MikeP: Thanks for the response, I've checked all cables, plugs and sockets in the home and there's no local issue. I'll take it up with the building factors, as it's a large block of flats with an integrated antenna system.

Unfortunately, you failed to tell us in the first instance that you are in a block of flats with a shared communal aeerial system. Check with yiur neighbours to see if they have the same problem. If they do then it is an aerial system fault that is the t=responsibility of the owners or their representatives. If they don't then the problem is within your flat.

"Which Freeview channels does the Craigkelly transmitter broadcast?"
This list is not up-to-date, e.g. the local LEH mux now broadcasts on C32 (562 MHz) not C30.
When some of the site is maintained it is confusing not to maintain all of it.

Here's the up-to-date list for the UHF multiplex channels at Craigkelly in the order PSB1-3, COMs4-7, Local -
They are C27, C24, C21, C29, C31, C37, C55, C32 (C meaning UHF channel).
As per my other reply to you - I haven't checked every miniscule detail on this site, but AFAIK none of it is currently being maintained by the site owner who hasn't had time with all the changes resulting from the 700MHz clearance programme and broadcaster changes moving multiplexes etc. Even Engineering updates do not always appear, as the previous automated scanning of the BBC information doesn't work correctly due to changes on the BBC site, which made it even more difficult than before to obtain transmitter information manually. I for one have criticised the BBC, as have others, for this ridiculous change.
Updates to information are provided by the regular contributors in posts here usually in response to queries from posters, but sometimes when there are major changes. As already advised Platform management | Freeview is the place to go for the latest "information" (usually) rather than a technical query or help with reception issues.
