Levels I listed for this morning are about as good as it gets here - prior to ASO -obviously I would expect a major lift then.
Only the mux on 34 can be problematic in some weather and when that is the case 23 also drops.
Ch. 26,29,33 and 48 are always fairly constant. As backup I get the HD mux from the local transmitter here (Beary - Ch 50)I do not have an aerial set to that its just strong enough to come in 'on the side' of my aerial system - my other aerial is set to C Carn to get the analogue signals from RTE etc - and pulls in a good signal although no digital as yet.

I've noticed nothing happening at this location (Jordanstown) and all multiplexes are as normal.
Strangely, the strongest is 34 (Film 4, ITV 4 etc.) which is always end stopping. Weakest is 23 which is more prone to break up than the rest. 48 is also stronger than the BBC multiplexes and 33 (UTV etc.)
During the high power tests in Janury signals on all multiplexes were 100%, so 24th October should be worth waiting for.
It may well be that a lot of people who use relay transmitters could in fact get an adequate signal from Divis once the power increases.

Chris: The Northern Ireland Mini-Multiplex that will carry RT will come on air at the completion of switchover on 24th October.

Brian: There has been engineering works in preparation for switchover.
Don't retune if you have difficulties as these won't be caused or resolved by retuning and you may end up loosing affected channels from your receiver altogether.
