For us to answer your query we need a full post code so that we can check the reception at your locality, a general area is insufficient.

Austin: According to the DigitalUK Trade link which has appeared below your post, you're 20km away and should be able to get good reception of all multiplexes.

Odd issue.I seem to lose CH26 at night with signal loss and high bit errors, it's fine during the day with 90/90 signal quality and strength.
Also o cannot receive CH29 at any time.I am using the correct band aerial (not wideband) and a Friend Supreme amp (and diplexer as I also get Irish transmitter).Any ideas what could be causing this. The postcode is BT 35 9JD

Hello
I was looking at some "one for all" aerials and I had though that the SV 9495 should do what i want. What I am not quite clear about is what difference the higher decibel rating does. On this model it is given as 54 Db. Is there a simple way of understanding the higher Db on this model.
Regards
Austin

Austin: Panel aerials like that are one of the worst designs for a TV aerial and are essentially just a piece of wire sticking out of an amplifier. An indoor aerial that looks like a small version of a rooftop aerial is likely to give much better reception. The dB rating refers to the gain, but with that aerial it is all achieved by amplifying the (probably weak) signal along with all the noise that will also be picked up.

I have a question - I'm looking for an answer! I am receiving 'Asia TV' from Divis and it has thrown the channel into EPG 809 where I have my Soarview channels. I can not find any reference on the internet as to where this channel should be placed in the EPG list - any suggestions?

Denis - there are three television channels and one radio channel from RTE/TG4 are transmitted from Black Mountain not Divis. There are transmitted in UHF39. From the best of my knowledge you need a DVB-T2 device to receive this channel.
