Interesting how messages were posted onto the sections in droves, yet not a whisper from the latest re-tunes in Scotland. I would most tuning problems will have been solved by advice posted by the likes of UK, , etc. I trust those still out of luck will see their problems solved as fast and as cheaply as possible. Having re-tuned equipment at home and at work with few problems, I'm reluctant to lay blame at the door of those in charge of trying to provide the best for our .

Not sure what you mean by your post Glenn Davies ? I'm in , have successfully retuned several times in the past but simply cannot get 50 at all since the works. I'm convinced the fault lies with the engineers.

cake: Just out of curiosity, if you go into the "manual tuning" option on whatever you are using and enter Ch50 but NOT followed by pressing search or , then what level of strength / of do you see being indicated?

If zero then try the same again but on this occasion entering Ch49.

I have had problems with "" and continuous pixelated since about the 10th of April 2013.
I have done all the necessary tuning and an inspection of my Ant.
Just the same.Please can anyone!!!!
I have contacted uk and also the BBC and im being told that there is no problems.
But I still have the problems now 19 April 2013.

Just reporting as promised on the response to my complaint to the BBC's fault reporting service at Radio & Television Investigation Service

No surprise at all to receive a email message telling me what I already know about what happened on 10/4/13 and my need to retune. No evidence whatsoever that any of the detailed information I provided was even read by them.

I've now ordered an to see if that helps. This is starting to feel like getting a bad pint of in a pub and being told "Well, nobody else has complained..."

I'm not sure what kind of answer you wanted from the BBC? They are responsible for the getting to you, but if you local installation doesn't work, then it's not their job to send an engineer out.

You've already said that you helped retune an elderly neighbour, so it's not the signal. You probably don't need a (don't know how far you are from ), just get a qualified installer out so they can use their equipment to check the signal.
