Leonerd Brett:
Digital UK's postcode checker indicates Divis reception in youir area should be fine, post DSO.
Be careful the gain of your aerial isn't too high as this will cause problems when Divis icreases power to 100/50 kw on the 24th October.

Mux A channel 23 is up to its old tricks again! I have had numorous emails about this in the last 4 days. Is this going to be sorted once and for all? If the last place to go digital is not working now what hope is there for switchover?
I have read about Caldbeck and conditions reasons like this will not be acceptable to the public after October!

Noticing some breakup on 23 here too Carl.
This channel has always ben weaker than the rest at this location, with 34 being the strongest by far (despite being only 1.6 kw).
I'm afraid there's really nothing we can do about the situation until after October 24th.
50kw will be a massive increase in power compared to the measly 2.3 kw that we have now.
To be honest, I can't see why Divis couldn't have something of a power increase (10 kw for example) and the HD channels added between now and then, given there are only four regions left to switch, but I suppose they have to follow protocol on these things.

I'm noticing breakup on channel 48 (carrying Sky News, Dave etc) on Divis over the last week or so. Signal strength and quality is varying wildly in BT23 area.
Hope this issue is sorted ASAP - can we advise Divis operators of our issue in any way?

Mobile phone companies buying from government Fact!
Are you going to have problems with your viewing after DSO yes Fact!
