Wondering if someone can help. I have lost the BBC channels on freeview , they were working fine until earlier this week. As far as I know I am getting signal from Emley Moor , but now BBC channels show no signal. I can connect an indoor aerial and they work again , so suspect the issue is something to do with my outside aerial - but don't understand why it would suddenly stop picking this frequency (682 Mhz) up ? Anyone any ideas or suggestions ? (I tried a channel scan and ended up with only about 10 !! , so have redone it on indoor aerial and back over 100 now). Thanks.

@GEM you need to update your philips box to V7.21 to semi cure the stutter, it is well know as a pig of a box and i half wish i had never bought mine. Philips and Pace are no longer interested in it.

Hi has anyone else noticed there signal quality keep dropping? on ITV and BBC? multiplexes? I am in WN2 1SZ Aspull wigan. I know I am out of the area but I normally get full signal on ITV and a medium one on BBC, so shouldnt that remain the case or is it the weather causing the problem? any thoughts or comments would be greatly received thank you.

Does anyone know why ALL my channels are pixilating ? ( Emly Moor transmitter). I have factory reset and manually tuned to all MUX's but still pixilating - have also checked all connections. Brand new ariel and cabling last year.
Thanks
Mike

Thanks John, did the update yesterday and as if by miracle my hd channels are back!
I know the box has had lots of issues, I didn't choose it myself it was a Christmas gift last year from my dad who owns the same box but doesn't seem to have had half as many problems with it!
Now I have a problem with a file on the hdd, when I scroll down to this particular folder the whole box freezes. I can't find a way to delete it, and I don't want to reformat as I have a program recorded that my husband was on which I want to save.
